CDC has always been diligent to make sure that all its functions and procedures are handled in a credible and authentic manner, minimizing the chance of errors and inconvenience. Recently, CDC has developed a dropbox envelop to increase convenience and security for CDS Elements in their monthly payments. This envelop has all necessary details printed on its back side.   CDS Elements are requested to fill out these details or atleast provide their ‘Element ID’ in order to ensure that the monthly payments made to CDC are handled smoothly.  All CDS elements should also make sure that:

·          Payments are made in favor of “Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited”

·          Payments through Cheques are crossed as A/C payee only

·          No monthly invoices (copy or original) are attached with the payment
