The introduction of induction of Unpaid Rights into the Central Depository System (CDS) is a part of CDC’s continuous strive towards facilitating efficient processing of all corporate actions through CDS electronically. This resolve to bring efficiency in the capital market mechanisms is also complimented by one of CDC’s foremost objectives of increasing customer convenience.

To further facilitate investors located across Pakistan as well as abroad, CDC has decided to allow submission of Right Subscription Requests for Investor Account Holders through the following customer convenience channels:

IAS Account Holders, registered to use CDC access - IVR and CDC access – Web facilities can now notify their subscription requests through these channels. Similarly, to avail this facility through email, IAS Account Holders have to use their registered email address with CDC.
