Structure of CDC

CDC is divided into four business units that include the Depository & Investor Account Services, Trustee & Custodial Services, Share Registrar Services and ITMinds. Moreover, eight internal functions include Operations & Customer Support Services, Information Technology, Finance & Company Secretariat, Human Resource, Administration, Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance & Risk and; Product Development & Marketing.

Management Trainee Program:

To bolster our recruitment efforts and prepare our future leadership, we have a Management Trainee Program that provides broad spectrum on-job training opportunity to fresh graduates enabling them to acquire exposure in the area of their choice. The candidates are selected through a comprehensive selection process that involves an evaluation test, a group discussion and an interview. These Management Trainees receive competitive stipends and benefits.


CDC offers internship opportunities to students of professional institutions throughout the year including summers. The minimum internship period is of 4 weeks attached with a stipend and a formal internship certificate.
